Race Day Information
The 2008 Komen Indianapolis Race for the Cure will be held on April 19, 2008 on the IUPUI Campus at the IUPUI Library Lawn and Military Park.

April 19th Race Day Schedule
7:00-8:30am Registration/Packet Pickup at Registration Tent on IUPUI Library Lawn
7:15am Survivors meet at Survivor Tent to line up for Pink Parade
7:30-8:40am Opening Ceremony, St.Vincent Pink Parade and Survivor group photo
8:40am Aerobic Warm-up
9:00am 5K Competitive Run/Walk Start
9:10am 5K Participant Run/Walk Start
9:45am 1-Mile Family Walk Start
9:45am Food tent opens



Arrive Early on Race Day!

Parking
We are expecting beautiful weather and a record crowd on Race Day. Parking is available in the IUPUI public garages (visit the IUPUI Website for a campus map) and in other public lots in the downtown area. Fees may be charged for parking. Komen Indianapolis has no affiliation with or control over public parking facilities.

Bus Drop-Off and Pick-Up Locations
If your team or group will be arriving by bus, the drop-off and pick-up location is in the eastern-most northbound lane of West Street, at the corner of West and Ohio. Follow instructions from Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department members.
